Right of withdrawal

The purchase made follows the regulation of online sales.

As required by current legislation, for each purchase made, the right of withdrawal is recognized, to be exercised within 10 days from the delivery of the goods purchased.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer is required to notify Garibaldi Antiquariato srls by registered letter with return receipt, to be sent to the address:

In the communication indicating the will to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to indicate the details of a bank or postal current account on which to re-credit the amount due (IBAN Code of the Account Holder).
For the exercise of the right of withdrawal, it is necessary that:
1. The Customer clearly expresses his will to exercise the right of withdrawal;
2. The purchased good is intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including any documentation and accessory equipment)
3. The product is returned within 15 days following the sending of the communication in which the right of withdrawal is exercised. The delivery costs are charged to the Customer.
Once arrived at our headquarters, the goods will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport and after verifying the integrity of the goods, Vidia S.r.l. will re-credit the sum already paid by bank transfer to the current account communicated by you no later than 30 days from the time of delivery of the goods.
The refund concerns the price of the product and the first shipping costs incurred by the supplier. The only expenses charged to the Customer are those relating to the return of the product.
