Shipping in Europe (excluding Italy)

The cost of delivery on European territory is divided into the following shipping classes according to the size of the product:

• Small furniture: 80€
• Medium furniture: 150€
• Large furniture: 300€
• Out of measure : you will be contacted after the purchase of the article to agree on the cost of the shipment later (from 500 to 5000 €).

The shipping class will be visible for addresses that fall within the European territory (excluding Italy) in the trolley and during the checkout phase.

   The antiques furniture that we offer for sale are unique pieces, often restored, with characteristics of their age and history. Any aesthetic imperfections, signs of wear or minor defects do not constitute defects of conformity, but distinctive elements that contribute to the value and authenticity of the product.
2. Description of the products
   we do our best to represent the products precisely through photographs and detailed descriptions. However, small discrepancies may occur between the image shown on the site and the real product, for example for unavoiding color differences or details. These discrepancies will not be considered valid for reimbursement or replacement requests.
3. Improper use
   we are not responsible for damages or losses deriving from improper or non -compliant use of the product with respect to its function or the instructions provided. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that the product is used adequately and that it is treated with care.
4. General limitations
   Within the limits allowed by the applicable law, we will not be responsible for:
   • Indirect or consequential losses, including loss of opportunities or earnings.
   • Damage caused by force majeure, events outside our control or delays in delivery attributable to exceptional circumstances.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the European legislation on consumer protection, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing any motivation within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

The email must be sent by the same address associated with the order.

We remind you that:

1. The product must be returned in the same conditions in which it has been delivered , complete with all its parts and without signs of damage or additional wear compared to what is described in the product sheet.
2. The costs of returning the product are borne by the customer, except for different agreements.
3. Once the product is received and verified, we will refund the price paid, excluding any original shipping costs, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the return.
